Nortander is a region located in the North-west of Fiara
It's predominantly inhabited by Humans, although some Elven and Orcis settlements can be found there. Throughout its history, Nortander has been one of the regions on Fiara, and all of Eo, most impacted by war.
One thing that separates Nortander from the other regions of Fiara is the fact that throughout its past, it's always been divided between five royal houses: Wulfgar, Leonidar, Utran, Iskander and Hallit. Now, only 3 of these houses still control land in Nortander: Wulfgar in the town of Greyfell, Leonidar on the island Liannon, and Utran in The Shiel. House Iskander was since eradicated and house Hallit only controls the Northern Windwall Mountains, a region that is part of the Windwall Mountains.
Nortander is also home to Elven Finon Mir defectors who found a new home in Leafshade approximately 500 years before the Convocation.
It's also the place where the Battle for Fiara saw its first battles as well as the region where the Rune Wars started.
