Tahira is a rune warrior and protagonist of the prologue in SpellForce: The Order of Dawn
Before the Convocation
While it's never directly stated who she served during her time as a Rune Warrior of the Circle, it is heavily implied that Tahira's rune used to belong to Rohen Tahir. Her actions during this time aren't clear, but she seems to have formed a bond with Caele, Lev and Joshua, as they hold her in high regards.
At some point before the Convocation, she was either given her rune or managed to break free of the Circle's control otherwise. Now free, she decided to retreat to the Ruins of Ankbrand where she had hoped to leave her past behind her.
The Lost Rune
Around the year 8 after the convocation, Tahira was paid an unexpected visit by Caele, who explained that her, Lev and Joshua are here to find a special rune for Rohen Tahir. Although Tahira heavily disliked the though of using her powers to aid the Circle, she couldn't refuse to help her old comrades.
Using her rune powers, she conjured an army and defeated the Orcs who had set up camp in the ruins of the old city. She slew their leader Krong and delivered the rune to Rohen. The two exchanged some brief words, with the Circle Mage promising her that she shall from now on have her piece before parting ways.

- During her time as a rune slave, Tahira specialized in white and fire magic.
- In the Westguard, there is a merchant with the name Tahira that shares her likeness. While it's not known if this is meant to be the same Tahira, it's possible that she decided to become a merchant after the rune powers faded following the defeat of the Circle in SpellForce: Shadow of the Phoenix
