Celen Fell is the leader of the militia troops of House Leonidar on the island of Liannon.
Biography
How or when Celen Fell assumed the position of military leader of Liannon isn't known, though it may be attributed to her skills as a fighter, perhaps from the time of the Convocation. Nevertheless, during the Battle for Fiara, she helped the Phoenix Bearer advance her search for Rohen Tahir by assisting her on her way through Liannon to Eloni.
In return for her help, however, she requested that the Rune Warrior take care of a local goblin called Snarf, who had been causing trouble in the region as of late. Once this part of the deal was met, she sent out a group of men to unlock the gate leading to Eloni.
Family
This is never adressed directly, but Celen Fell likely has a either a son or husband working as a merchant in the village of Liannon, Colan Fell.
