Within the thick swamps of Urgath, there is a black, obsidian mountain protruding through the thick foliage. The land around it is called Sharrowdale, and it is home to many marvelous, as well as wicked, creatures of Urgath. Due to its remoteness, none of the major races ever settled here - however, this also made it favorable place for those seeking to pursue their own plans in peace - far from the eyes of the curious.
Ironically, it was Sharrowdale where the Battle for Fiara had been decided. Once the Soulforger fell, his legions of Blades lost their horrid power as their bodies sank into the mud. Today, the place is as desolate as likely never before, with only the metal spikes of the Iron ones, still buried underground, reminding us of its past.

- 8 A.C. — The Phoenix Bearer climbs the Obsidian Mountain and faces the Soulforger in combat, ultimately striking him down.
