Lore
- As the remains of the Purity fled Nortander following the Mage Wars, they found themselves leaderless and without direction. Inquisitors took it upon themselves to fill this void, establishing the new purity in the wake of a prospering Highmark whilst concealing the lies their previous leader had fed them. They are great commanders and mage hunters, unyielding in their belief to purge all those who misuse magic from Eo. Some are even mages themselves, radically justifying their own usage as means to an end. This fact they often hide from their followers: they realise that their order may only prevail in unity, thus, they continue to fuel their rage towards all magic. The foundations of their order are frail, yet they must press on to reach their ultimate goal – even though they may pay the ultimate price for it.
