- Pia grew up a Hazim. Being razed on the unforgiving desert plains of Xu, she learned hardship and treachery, for her people were never truly united. Tired of this way of life, of pillaging while struggling to survive, dreading the day the imperials will arrive at her doorsteps, she decided to turn her back on her people. While raiding ships along the Thunder Bay, she seized her opportunity and secretly boarded a merchant's vessel heading for Fiara.
