Neh Oxar

Centuries ago, before the War of the Six Races, Neh Oxar was one of the most renowned minds at the university of Sevenkeeps, often called to Ankbrand to advise the Hybernian Royals themselves. However, such fame quickly brought him ill-wanted attention, at plots of his assassination began to sprout in the minds of his envious rivals. While venturing across the Windwall Mountains, he was ambushed by their forces and disposed of, his disappearance framed an accident. Now, hundreds of years later, his spirit has returned to the world of mortals. Still curious, he offers his services to fellow mages wishing to explore the depths of this world, allthewhile despising any and all who betray and backstab.
