Intro

The following guide was written playing Spellforce Platinum, that englobes The Order of Dawn, Breath of Winter and Shadow of the Phoenix.

While playing SpellForce 1: Free Game Mode (FGM), you can collect Runes, Item Sets, Units and Building Plans.

Most of them can be found on chests or crates on every map, either Light or Dark. Some are given as rewards and then there is a few that can only be bought on merchants.

There are also some item sets that are not on both Light and Dark maps, requiring you to play each version to grab the needed item to complete said set.

One thing to take into account, SpellForce 1: Free Game Mode (FGM)'s events occur after BoW and will end somewhere during SotP, so the Hero Runes and Item Sets found during the gameplay are the same as in BoW.

But if you keep an eye open for merchants, you might buy some things that are SotP exclusive.

Helpful Tips and Tricks

At the end of some locations, you see something like (245,65). These are the map coordinates to where you can find said item.

With those coordinates, when at the designated map you can open the Console and insert:

1. Application:TeleportAvatar (coordinates)
2. Enter

Example: After entering Coop 2, if you open the console and insert: Application:TeleportAvatar (245,65), will teleport your Avatar to where you can find the Grainfarm.

Just be aware that often there's also enemies at those locations.

To better help you locate the right place, click the (coordinates) to reveal a thumbnail. Click on it to enlarge it and better pinpoint the location.

⚠️

Note that most items are inside chests in enemy camps. These camps are spawned in random order, so it may require replaying the map a few times for said item to be available for looting.

One thing you can do is open the console and type: UnExplored:Enable(0) to clear the Fog of War and check if the enemy camps with the required loot has spawn.
If not, exit and try again.

Other than that, my only advice here is to be patient and keep trying.
