I will not include simple commands such as "left click to select a unit" or "right click on a unit to target it" - that's basic stuff.

SpellForce 1 has several commands you can use - some of which the game tells you about, others... not so much. They can however be found in the manual (or by experimenting).

General Commands

Key Bindings Description
M Select the next monument - it also allows you to switch between your monuments in the order you activated them in
Ctrl + Left mousekey Add/remove units to/from your selection
Spacebar Jump to the latest alert message
Tab Select the next enemy unit
I Open inventory
P Pause game
Ctrl + P Make a screenshot - the screenshot is saved in the main SpellForce folder
F7 Quicksave
F9 Quickload
F12 Open options menu
Esc Return to main menu
Page Down Zoom in & enter third-person view if the avatar is on screen
Page Up Zoom up & leave third-person view if you are in third-person view

Unit Commands

Key Bindings Description
Ctrl + Right mousekey Attack move to target location - I find this command to not always work properly, you can also use shift + right mousekey which definitely works
Shift + Right mousekey Define waypoints to attack move for your units
Shift + Right mousekey on a unit Follow the chosen unit
Alt + Right mousekey Makes the units slowly patrol the waypoints - if only one is set, they will patrol between their starting point and the target point, otherwise the starting point is ignored
Ctrl + 1 to 6 Define unit group
1 to 6 Select unit group
Double click 1 to 6 Select and jump to unit group
F1 to F6 Select avatar/hero
Double click F1 to F6 Select and jump to avatar/hero
C Order units to stop
H Order units to hold position
K Kill/destroy seleted units/building

Multiplayer Commands

Key Bindings Description
Enter General chat
Shirt + Enter Team chat
