Before the time of the Circle, there existed a city in Nortander, renowned for its advancement and the power of its magical guilds - its name was Talindar - the city under the Lake.
It had once been built by the dwarves for the rulers of the Hybernian Empire, the ruins of its pearly white palaces, temples, and walls still stand to this day. Historians aren't sure why, but despite its fortune, the city was seemingly abandoned overnight with only the roses blooming in its countless gardens reminding the people of Eo of its greatness.
