However, in their pursuit of these powers, they slowly fall prey to the very thing they desire. Their minds become twisted until the only thing they think about is the lifeblood of the innocent. Their original goals are long forgotten as they strive for ways to still their thirst. Their kin, known as Vampires, gathers in small cults across Eo and their decaying bodies and rotten minds turn them into living undead, which is why many see them as members of the grey horde.</div>
