One such group was known as the [[Hazim]] - pirates and bandits who had always shared rather rocky relations with the Imperials. As nomads, they rarely reside in one spot, with the exception of the vacant wastes of [[:Category:Xu\|Xu]] that their tribes have turned into their home for generations to come.
