The Story takes place on the continent of [[Urgath]] and follows the Moonkin Tribe, a tribe of [[Trolls]] that is on the brink of extinction, as their new chieftain [[The Chieftain|Akrog]] does everything he can to keep to save his tribe.

== Gameplay ==
The expansion allows for salvaging of weapons to craft superior equipment for your tribe and your heroes. The expansion also includes multiple endings for the campaign, based on your decisions. The choices the player makes in the campaign affect the companions’ skills and abilities. Plus they can contribute to the story through their own decisions, based on how previously their character was shaped. With their nomadic behavior, Trolls have a different playstyle than all other factions in SpellForce 3.

Fallen God received "generally favorable reviews" from critics according to review aggregator Metacritic.
